Black Men Achieve (BMA) is a social awareness movement founded in 2016 in Milwaukee, WI. It is a vibrant community of dedicated people interested in positive change and societal consciousness within the black American community through the celebration of excellent leadership values and action. This movement seeks to propagate a new and effective positive attribute and perspective on African American males within and abroad the national barrier in spite of rising myriad of negative imagery from the media; on rising tide of police brutality and racial victimization within the United States of America, by celebrating the undying perseverance, excellent leadership and social contribution of extra-ordinary African American males. This community has believed that a paradigm shift in the global perspective on the African American community is possible, when African American individuals and groups display exceptional love and commitment to leadership through community service and it is the community's primary goal to develop and sustain a reputable medium to celebrate individuals or groups who have stood up to this challenge.

Black Men Achieve (BMA) awards is the major community project jeered at achieving this goal. The BMA awards are a distinguished annual awards ceremony hosted by the BMA in Milwaukee, WI. where Black African men from all sphere of life displaying extra-ordinary leadership in the marked year, sought out by an expert and objective panel of enquiry, would be present with distinguished and reputable award in celebration of their genuine contribution to the global society and societal attitude towards the deserved recognition of excellence in the African American community. This community is motivated by the abundant evidence in the history of ground breaking contributions by members of the Black community, and in particular, the members of the African American community to global development in technology, security, agriculture, health, politics, religion, entertainment and whatever field the human mind has yet conceived. This is taken alongside the haunting and rather sad fact that genuinely nobel contributions by millions of Black American men go unnoticed and unappreciated ranging from the cold war unsung heroes to silent revolutionary writers; this community of devoted people believes the African American man has taken the back seat for too long and is only over due for recognition of his undeniable input from years gone by to the world.

The Black Men Achieve collaborates with a host of reputable partners and sponsors or driven by the uniform goal of celebrating African American men from every field.
